Survey for residents around Otto's restaurant in Adina Hotel

Dear Residents of Amerika Plads and the neighbourhoood,

My name is Marcell Bihari, intern of Otto's restaurant in Adina Hotel.

The reason of this survey is that the general manager (Eva Grimsehl) has asked me to propose a new concept for Otto's, which will be implemented after the interior reconstruction of the restaurant during the year 2016.

As a big part of my proposal I would like to figure out what the demend is in the neighbourhood of Adina Hotel: What sort of retaurant/bistro would the residents like to see in the future, which would give them a good alternative to go out for  a nice dinner, beer, coffe or take a dish home for a reasonable price.

Hereby I ask you to contribute to the establishment of a new Otto's restaurant, which can possibly give you an alternative to relax and a chance to make your life easier in the future.

The survey aims to find out about the current problems with Otto's in your eyes as well as how could it go to a direction that is more satisfying for you as a resident of the area.
